1. Our trade policy

The offer and sale of products through the website www.storeviceversa.com are governed by the following general conditions of sale. Please read the entirety carefully.
The products offered on the site are sold directly by VICEVERSA di Matteo Giuseppina, based in Termoli (CB), C.so Fratelli Brigida 89 – VAT no. 00869430702
The site is the exclusive property of VICEVERSA di Di Matteo Giuseppina and is entirely managed by it.
These general conditions of sale exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on the site between the customer and seller.
The seller accepts orders from all over the world. Worldwide shipping.

2. How to conclude the contract with the seller

To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products on the site, you must fill in the order form in electronic format and send it to the seller, following the relative instructions.
The order form sent to the seller through the site has the value of a contractual proposal and is subject to these general conditions of sale, which form an integral part of the order itself. by sending the order, the purchaser will fully accept without any reservations.
Before proceeding with the transmission of the order form, you will be provided with a summary of the order placed, the relative price (including all applicable taxes, excluding customs duties where applicable), the chosen payment method, of the methods, of the costs of the shipment.
You will also be asked to carefully read and accept these general conditions of sale. the information on the right of withdrawal contained therein, as well as the privacy policy; to print and/or memorize a copy and finally to give consent to the processing of the personal data provided.
On the available products ordered, the order form will be accepted by the seller by sending acceptance to the e-mail address you provided which will contain summary of the order placed and the description of the product characteristics tidy. The order form, the seller's order confirmation and the general contract conditions applicable to the relationship between the parties will be filed electronically by the seller in their computer systems.
The contract is considered finalized when you receive the order confirmation from the seller via e-mail.
Otherwise, if the requested products are not available or unsuitable for sale, the seller will promptly notify any unavailability and will proceed with the full refund of the order itself or of the single missing product present in the order with the timing for any restocking.

3. Pricing and Availability

All sales prices of the products displayed on the site are indicated in Euros inclusive of taxes (VAT).
The offer of the products presented on the site is subject to their effective availability;
In case of unavailability of one or more products, the seller will communicate any timing for the restocking in which case you can accept or not the new timing and conditions of sale.
Likewise, if due to sudden changes, the price of one or more products indicated on the site should be different from the correct sale price, you will be asked to confirm your intention to purchase the product at the correct price; otherwise the order will not be accepted.

4. Payments

The payment of the price of the products and the related shipping and delivery costs can take place by choosing one of the following methods when completing the order form:

5. Shipping and delivery of products

Shipping
Shipments all over the world are made with our trusted couriers (DHL, BRT, DPD, TNT).
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 3.00 pm.
Delivery times vary from destination to destination and are subject to courier procedures:
ITALY: 1-2 working days
EUROPE: 2-4 working days
REST OF THE WORLD: 3-7 working days
After shipment, it is not possible to change the destination address.
All the aforementioned couriers make deliveries from Monday to Friday from 8 to 17
All shipments can be traced via the courier portal using the vehicle number linked to the order.
Parcels are carefully packed and sealed with custom adhesive tape.
Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is requested to inspect the package to identify and immediately report any signs of tampering. In case of doubts, it is requested to write "I accept with reserve" and sign it by the courier, or to refuse delivery of the shipment, simultaneously opening a complaint according to the methods requested by the courier and promptly reporting the incident to the Seller.
Customs and security controls are clearly distinguishable due to the application of further specific seals depending on the entity that carried out the control.

Customs duties and import taxes are always to be paid by the customer (DAP/DDU - INCOTERM ICC 2020) and will be paid according to the methods established for each country of destination.

In case of non-collection, the return and customs clearance costs will be deducted from the refund of the order.

Warranties on products sold and limitations of liability

On the site, only products marketed by VICEVERSA are offered for sale which it purchases directly from the respective manufacturers.
The seller does not sell used, irregular or inferior products to the corresponding standards offered on the market.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the site within each product sheet.
VICE VERSA, through a quality control, ensures the conformity of the shipped goods. This control is carried out by at least 2 subjects in charge of quality control and packaging.
If the good received is different from the one requested, i.e. presents defects or malfunctions or in any case is not suitable for the use for which they are intended or does not correspond to the seller's description, you will be entitled to a return of the product, to a full refund, including any shipping costs. sustained shipments will be possible if available at your request the replacement of the product. if this is not possible, the termination of the contract.
The seller will not be liable in the event of non-substantial differences between the goods purchased and their illustrative images and text descriptions published on our site.
In the event of ascertained non-conformity of the product, the seller will reimburse the buyer for the price of the product including the shipping costs incurred for the return of the non-conforming product.
The refund will be made by the seller in the same way as the payment was made
